I hate leftists. What was ever good and still is good in this country is not because of liberals, it is in spite of liberals. As there is only one stripe of politician these days and it's of the yellow variety, there can be no further expectations for a reversal of the decline. On the contrary, I expect an acceleration.

The world is going the way of Satan. This country is no longer the stronghold. It has succumbed as we all knew it would. Revelation tells us it would. Even so, it was hard to believe how this once powerful, industrious, Christian nation would fall. As it turns out, it was probably the easiest major conquest of all time. It was the not the fastest, to be sure, but it was as smooth a transition from rulers to ruled that ever was. The white Christian male who once ruled over this great land rolled over and let the secularists, feminists, minorities, illegal aliens and every special interest group take his power, rights and future away from him without so much as a peep.

I will do my best to try to forget what we once had, what we once were. It is too painful and serves no purpose other than to drain me of my resolve to survive through this. No, I am resigned to the calamity that looms on the horizon and will focus on the only thing that has any meaning for me - my faith, my own security and that of my loved ones.

I would be ecstatic to realize that I don't know what the hell I'm talking about.

Sadly, you're right on the mark with this one.

But I have not rolled over. I will not simply accept the direction that this once great country has turned.

I will continue to spread the Gospel and I will continue to educate people on meaning of liberty. Just as importantly, I will educate my daughter and instill the importance of both of those things in her.

Keep up the good work, Difster, especially with your daughter. As far as the rest, I'm not sure if it isn't a waste of time. Can one teach the meaning of liberty to an adult who freely accepts the ideology of the nanny state? Either one has the fortitude to stand on his own two feet or he does not. Liberty is not a term to be learned, it is a state of being that is instilled - as you said.

This country is lost because enough of its individuals have neither integrity nor strength of character. Too many prefer that someone else think for them, act for them, provide for them. They'd rather be tended as sheep than forging a life for themselves. They know what liberty is, they just do not want it.

This incarnation of liberty is lost but the concept is not dead.

I believe the next great freedom revolution is going to be in China. It will begin in earnest 10-15 years from now.

In the mean time, I will maintain that I can get some to understand. You never can tell what spark I've set off already from someone who has read my blog that I will never know about.

And just like spreading the Gospel, I don't care if I know who is affected by my labor, I only care that I've done my duty and labored. The rest is up to God.

Seriously though, hopefully the DA's that elected libtards, knowing that Queen Libtard would assume power in the House, will see the error of their thinking over the next 2 years.

But like you, I hold out little hope.

I will resist til my end though, and prepare others to continue on. The spirit of liberty and faith will never completely die, even in the end times.
