Court rules: Illegal aliens not really 'illegal'

An appeals court has concluded that just being an illegal alien in the United States doesn't necessarily violate the law, so a judge cannot deny probation and require a jail sentence for a convicted drug dealer who is an illegal alien.

The opinion from the Kansas Court of Appeals came in the Barton County case involving convicted drug dealer Nicholas L. Martinez.

The ruling found that while the laws of the United States make it illegal to enter the United States without authorization, being in the United States after entering illegally is "not necessarily a crime."

Was there any doubt this bastard, Patrick McAnany, was appointed by a Democrat? Of course, it was Governor of Kansas, Kathleen Sebelius. Is there any doubt this opinion is beyond ridiculous and treasonous? The question is how are we going to stop these appointed, unaccountable traitors who continue to subvert the will of the people?

I want Patrick McAnany and every single filthy judge who rule for nonexistent rights of illegal aliens and against the people who want to protect themselves from these criminals impeached. There clearly exists an agenda here and it is being forced on the people against their will. When 20 million criminals are protected by our own justice system, the system is well past being broken, it is now a tool for tyranny. It is not bloody likely these bastards will be impeached by the very system that put them there. Whatever shall we do...?

So being illegal is not illegal.

Blame the other part of the problem on Congress, for leaving such a huge loophole in the law, apparently since at least 1958!

The hell with Congress. They're at BEST totally impotent.

When municipalities, fed up with the invasion, have passed anti-illegal immigration laws, some federal judge will prevent those law from being enacted. It's happening everywhere.

A relative few activists are using the courts and these stinking anti-American federal judges to subvert the clear will of the majority.

The problem you're going to see now is that you'll have previously deported people coming back and suing the Federal Government for being deported without having been convicted of a crime.

Of course you can. My comment was tongue-in-cheek, using the same tortured logic and applying it to other types of crimes.

Since the appeals court essentially said the law applies only to the instantiation at the time of commission (but not to the aftermath), any crime could be committed and you would only be culpable while you were committing it.

Another way of looking at it is they are negating the crime of trespassing.

If you aren't caught at the moment you step on somebody's property, you are free to go anywhere on that property, penalty-free.

When the people can no longer discern, nor share the same values, i.e., diversity, their disparate voices become meaningless white noise - nothing to concern their overlords. There is no strength in numbers if everyone is going in a different direction.

I don't think it takes any special powers or conspiracy to want to undermine this country. Every dumb shit liberal thinks along these same lines. You can count on them taking the one position that is anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-common sense.

The judge is not being some evil genius by this ruling. He's just using the one loophole he can find that allows him to rule in support of his liberal/socialist mentality. He knows exactly what he's doing.

That's all I'm saying. It takes some effort to come up with that ruling and defend it. That is no accident.

Judge McAnany is no liberal or socialist. He used to work for Mobil's legal department, for crying out loud. Before he was appointed to the Court of Appeals, he was appointed a district court judge by then-Governor Bill Graves, a Republican. But I suppose when you've taken leave of your senses, facts don't matter much.
